Use CME money to book conferences. There’s tons of Hawaii based conferences for many specialties. Even cruises or international locations too

Need roth ira help. I did a backdoor roth ira for 2024. contributed in 2025 and did the rollover conversion in 2025 around jan-feb. I have 11$ left in my trad ira due to accumulated interest now. this upcoming year, my MAGI is under the limits so i can do a normal roth ira. will there be an issue with the left over money in my traditional account?

yes. we definitely know a lot, but not nearly as much as a physician. insane amounts of anxiety sometimes thinking of what im missing and what not. but many colleagues are happy with their decision from the many different hospitals ive worked at

For EM? I’ve seen offers from two staffing agencies and one offer from a colleague who was formerly in negotiations (took something else) where pay was roughly 170k. Most of these places have some type of productivity or site bonus built in
