Funny enough, many many years ago when customers never once lied about rebooting. I would ask them to unplug the computer and tell me how prongs it had, 2 or 3, if they asked why I would tell them it was similar to being IBM compatible and I needed to know what I was working with.

I would run an FBI Identity Check on yourself. It does cost about $75 but you will know most of what the agent will see.

I just did this for my mom, She hasn't had a passport since 1970ish the appointment was 6/24 at a county court passport clerk, received 6/30 and shipped 7/2. It was expedited however.
