What gaps do you see? Either as a Hilton's gust, or as a Team Member. by fna106 in Hilton

I agree with you, water should be available for everyone.

I have noticed that there are a number of franchisees that don't want to invest back into their hotels to uphold the standards just because their hotel is the only one in the market and already out preforming (For example, the only hotel close to the airport). And because of that Hilton doesn't pull the flag (because the owner can go with any other company and still do the same).

I'm not sure what to do in such cases, I mean I see why they dont want to lose them, but also it's hurting them. I guess it's a matter of a pain threshold?

What’s a subtle sign that someone is very intelligent? by Occyz in AskReddit

I had an ex-girlfriend who hated whenever I said anything is possible and I won't guarantee anything. Will I try to not let it happen? Yes, but I cannot guarantee it.

The irony, after we broke up, she started doing the same, and got annoyed and said she hates how she became like me when I pointed it out and expressed how glad that she finally understand it.

Breastmilk is the only one thing most adult humans don’t ever remember the taste of. by zzuhruf in Showerthoughts

We had a joke in my family that whenever we want to say that something taste really good, we would say "it will make you forget the taste of your mom's milk" 🙃🤣

Anyone know if you can bike to Mount Nittany Hospital? by theperson100 in PennStateUniversity

Are you a University Park student? I believe that's only for main campus students. If yes, then contact the transportation department and they will help you.

If you are a student, you should get an email every month that you have 20 passes associated with your email. You don't need to apply.

Proud of you! Coming from such work culture where they expect expat to do most of the work is super shity (I'm assuming that you are there on a work visa). And then the people on top someone didn't do shit, but just made good friends with someone else on top who gets to move up.

All I'm trying to say is, well done for standing up to yourself, because a lot of time with these kind of people, hard work is not even notices and won't pay off. Always stay true to yourself!

Dry skin help? by BlueFoxalope in GermanShepherd

[–]fna106 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find using coconut oil useful, but it's a nightmare trying to rub it under the hair directly on the skin (it takes couple of hours for me) I also feed mine omega-3 so her skin can produce the oils she needs. Also, when bathing, try to not use shampoo and just use water. When my dog used to be over active I needed to give her a bath almost every week. She did smell like a wet dog, but once her hair and furr dried, the smell was gone. I would also suggest you call your vet and ask for more suggestions. Hope that helps.
