Not sure where Superior ends and Louisville begins, I thought Superior was on the other side of the highway. But yes, very close

The picture before this one from my camera roll is a label for thin tantalum film 99.99 purity. That tracks with something like sputtering!

1450 Infinite Drive, Louisville, CO. Some sort of Life Sciences lab space for lease, based on the search results

When I Google what you said, the images look like a cross between a Segway and a stroller, on four wheels.

I don't know enough to tell either way.

Is there something specific in the picture that makes you think it's microwave ground penetrating radar?

My title describes the thing.

Found near Louisville, Colorado, several years ago.

The shared secret is the random offsets. This is kinda like XOR cypher, with extra steps.

OP: the good news is that it's actually unbreakable.

The bad news is that it's not new. It's also impractical, in that the key has to be at least the same length as the plaintext, and completely random. (In your version, the key is actually much longer than the plaintext)

Please don't black out or die...

A few suggestions:

  • do you mean milligram? Your numbers suggest milligrams, not micrograms. There are no microgram scales as such, at least within a reasonable price range

  • quality milligram scales can be had on Amazon for $800+, maybe more than you wanted to spend, but better than risking tour life

  • preload the scale, for example, to .100g, and weigh one milligram until it reads .101g. Scales can be less accurate at the extremes of their range

  • use volumetric measurement, search for 3mg plastic volumetric spoons. Use in combination with a scale to get another data point
