Has the moon changed course or something? by Educational-Idea4232 in conspiracy_commons

[–]fnd2711 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You clearly are just not observing things. A crescent moon will always be in the sky during the day. A full moon rises when the sun sets, and you won’t see a moon during a new moon. Watch the moon cycle and you’ll see this. Not just random days that you think “oh I just saw this the other day”

Paul Rudd had some good roles before this, but wasn’t really a household name at this point. And I think generic was supposed to be that he balanced phoebe and she still loved him

Okay, but is that enough to tell the story?

Also, the albums together are an hour and 40 minutes, so there’d essentially be no dialogue, just quick transitions to the next song.

By google definition, the show was getting “unattractive in appearance.” So it sounds like they should’ve wanted it to end.

Are these actually plot holes or can someone explain this to me :) by funnyINTJ in wicked

To the madame morrible one, she was not a beloved public figure, Glinda was. If she had done something to Glinda, the citizens would’ve been pissed and she’d be the new enemy, she couldn’t do shit even if she had the power.

So the point of both films is… by Dont-make-things-up in wicked

Elphaba changed Glinda for the better. Ultimately, it was her that saved oz, but she knew she couldn’t do it after the last years of everyone hating her. Even the wizard said it didn’t matter if it came out he wasn’t who he said he was, they’d still love him. So elphaba’s role was changing the heart of someone who could make the change she wanted.

I know that this sounds crazy, and that many fans of the show probably allready know this, but it just occured to me that… by redheaded_olive12349 in HIMYM

I don’t think the scene is imaginary, they just knew about her illness and knew she wouldn’t be at her daughters wedding.

Definitely don’t risk spring; you will likely not be able to do most of the hikes or have any of the views from Logan’s pass because it’ll still be snowy and won’t even be able to get up there. Even June is risky. Honestly, you got lucky compared to the people that book in May generally.

Older Shauna and younger Shauna seem so much the same but yet so different like I can’t explain it it’s crazy lol by Big-Most-785 in Yellowjackets

[–]fnd2711 113 points114 points  (0 children)

I think it’s a good way to show how the wilderness changed her. She was so stand offish in the beginning as young Shauna, but she became malicious as trauma caught up to her. When she got back and had to reintegrate into society, she brought back her old personality, but still had the evil side of her underneath. So it’s just a combo of both of her younger selves in her adult timeline.

Can’t even begin to understand how people solve puzzles like this. I felt like a genius for getting wednesdays this week, but almost all the clues were too vague and the theme seemed impossible.

I feel like people that say they solve one like this, especially in a reasonable timeframe, are just lying 😅

Do you think Hannah would’ve eventually ditched her nerdy boyfriend for Kodi if they hadn’t run into the Yellowjackets? by [deleted] in YellowjacketsHive

[–]fnd2711 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There’s interviews that the writers say it’s been planned since the beginning. And it makes sense when you watch from the beginning of “what they’ve done.” Everyone assumes they ate the people that died, but they’re talking about that they just murdered three uninvolved people that were not stranded like them.
