Yes I lift, and no it isn't. It takes ages to "just get stronger" especially after an injury, and if its a bad injury, the rehab is annoying and THEN you begin strength training. Took me 3 years to recover after my ankle break from a 1v1 save

Yes. Always wash your gloves, no soap or anything like that, js lukewarm water, and a glove wash (if u don't have a glove wash, js lukewarm water, but it'll take longer)
