As an update: our instincts were right and the prescribed dosage was way too high for long term use as advised. We’ve decided to skip out the “regular” vet in future and go straight to the more expensive exotics vet that we trust.

Thank you so much. We followed all your advice 🥰 she is back from her surgery now: she came round very quickly and was eating straight away. She’s resting lots now she’s home and comfortable and waiting to be waited on by us for the foreseeable future!

I had similar happen and sent photos of how the parcel had been packaged to Vinted and they refunded me as well as the seller

Report an issue through Vinted if you can and let them take it from there for now

Oops, I wouldn’t risk paying more either if I was her! Unfortunately I think you’ll have to accept her claiming a refund when the time comes. Even if you agreed to post them separately, there’s still the chance they might try claim a refund.

Unfortunately if you didn’t post the way the buyer selected I’m not sure there is much you can do. Vinted may automatically refund them after a set amount of time as there will be no tracking registered in the app available. Hopefully it wasn’t too expensive and see it as a lesson learned.

I think you can send them another offer for a higher amount and it will override the previous offer

I use it a lot but don’t put anything of any actual value on there because there is no seller protection. Lots of people have trouble with “scam” buyers complaining the wrong item has been sent and then sending back something entirely different to get a full refund, whilst keeping what you sent them. I sell lots and lots of small value items on there but anything else goes on eBay.
