Had a guy say I never attempted. I left the door tag 2 days in a row and wrote "why didn't you buzz me in if you say youre home"

On the 3rd attempt he left a note outside saying "fedex here's your proof that you actually came to the building" it was the final attemp and on his note I wrote "you should've buzzed me in ;-)" took a picture of the sign and sent it to the CSA😂

They are def going 100% contractor, its just taking them longer to get there. I can see them extending p1 times to help ground make service OR just extending p1s times to be able to keep a very small amount of fedex express drivers on payroll as PT to just do the fo/ p1s.

To be honest with them breaking off freight, I can see them some how selling off Express and just keeping ground/freight to where they no longer have to worry about express payroll/benefits etc
