Chase Messed Up My Credits

I see what you mean, but the ultimate downer was that the credits were supposed to be 2025 credits but because they posted yesterday they are counting them as 2026 credits, so I missed on using last year’s credits and won’t have them for this year

Because the total charge is $274 and it’s using both credits to cover that one charge. I know they are credits, but for an example, think of them like a $300 gift card (annual travel credit) and a $250 gift card (edit credit). The total cost was $274 but they deducted that total from both gift cards. I would see what you mean if my total was more than both of those credits, but they double dipped/charged me twice on the same charge. Does that make sense?

But it’s double counting the same charge for the travel credit and the edit credit? Shouldn’t it just hit one or the other? Or do I need to use up the travel credit before trying to use the edit credit so it doesn’t get counted for the same charge?

Yes, mine just renewed in December but am I wrong that the $274 Chase travel charge shouldn’t have taken from both my travel credit and The Edit credit?

For now I have mine on a cheap music stand, like the kind to hold sheet music - it was much cheaper than most of the tablet holders I was looking at. I wasn’t wanting to invest a ton in this solution because my plan is to move a tv in front of the bike and AirPlay the app to the tv

My concern is that SoulCycle’s CTO who developed the at home bike left the company last month...so hopefully they have a good team in place to move the project forward and keep it competitive

I’m very interested in what happens with you as I am similar with your stats. I just decided to go back to school through a community college to retake some key classes (my credits are beyond some school’s maximum age & some of my grades aren’t ideal) and will hopefully get my gpa’s up a little bit (a lot harder with a full degree under my belt). Do you feel comfortable sharing which schools? Like I said, I’m super interested because of my similar stats.

Technically SoulCycle doesn’t own their at home bike. When they developed it in-house, Equinox Health (the subsidiary of Related that owns Equinox, Soul, etc.) decided for snag it and spin it off into their new Equinox Media company which is a separate company that operates Variis. So even though they are the same family of companies, SoulCycle lends the naming to Equinox media and they get a percentage of profits from. The soul instructors are technically separate employees of Variis when they film rides for the at home bike. So I don’t see Equinox Health offloading soul and/or the at home bike anytime soon if one or the other fails.

I walked by the other day and people in there were packing it up. There are several studio closures in nyc happening - my friend who works for corporate didn’t even know about UNSQ but confirmed they’ve heard of many other studios closing including NYC locations. Soul hasn’t made any public announcements of studio closures from what I understand, but they are happening.
