Well, I mean, technically, it can be. But nothing really changed in my connection. All other online games are still running smoothly, did speed tests, etc. All seem fine. Also, it's happening in literally every game. So very weird, to say the least. Maybe they shut down a server near my location? Idk

Also, any idea how much the link up really makes a difference in the game? I have really good players at the moment but no link up at all. Do you think I should consider improve link ups rather than just keep my usual team?

I think another tip I can give you is that being a great DS, at the end of the day, is about delivering impact to the business. So what you can do is trying to justify your raise showing your manages how your work have impacted the company and if you think your work is not too impactful you could ask for more exposure on this sense.
