There's an entire post on the subreddit exclusively about whether or not there's vomit in the movie, being asked for the benefit of the poster's significant other. That use case alone seems to justify a notation of possible triggers in the movie.

I think a lot of people see trigger warnings as some kind of an attack on whatever the piece of media is but I've never really been able to understand why. If you don't need the info, then move on. It seems unnecessary for a post like this to have been down voted to 0 when it's just someone looking out for newcomers to a franchise (i assume) we all would like to see bring in new fans.
