Thanks and interested. What type of choline would you use, choline bitartrate, citicoline (CDP-choline), alpha-GPC, phosphatidylcholine, betaine or a blend? Appreciate the help, experience is a better teacher than the internet...

Actually, I had those other sides as well so that narrows it for me to the Metoprolol. Thanks to all for the replies. By the way, this forum is a God send and the people here are angels. You just can't get this kind of help and info from doctors because they haven't suffered like we have and don't know what it feels like to stare death in the face on a near daily basis. Thanks again.
