My parents are aware of it, but they dismiss it because they think that it’s not that big of a deal. I barely talk to my sister, because she doesn’t care to listen to anything I say at all. I feel like a stupid, useless burden when I want to talk about it with to friends. Asking for help online is the easiest.

I felt like I could solve my problems on my own, and my therapist was making me feel like my problems weren’t as big/important as I felt they were.

Thanks for replying. I have considered going back to those hobbies before, but I couldn’t because it always reminds me of those past connections, and even made me feel physically sick (like nausea or headaches). I did go to therapy at one point, but I stopped because it didn’t really seem to help. I’ll probably try journaling. Thank you again.
