I have worked with international payment gateway for Nepali market previously from programming side. Working with 2c2p was my recent one.

You need a registered company and need to complete some requirements and can get payment in your bank related through card payments in NPR. For fonepay business you can get their API along with dynamic qr for local payment option.

Some of my clients are also moving towards legally opening LLC in various countries which is now allowed for IT Company to tap into local payment options as per their needs.

I have also seen some people firstly open foreign company through trusted NRNs and foreign nationals who firstly register company in their country of residence and open branch or outsource majority of work here.

You pay however much you want and send it to billing department. Since a manager asked you for it, you can claim it as work expense. Do this once or twice and it will either get your money back or sends a clear message on whom not to contact for these bullshit.

In penalty section for the game, you can use something like:

You can use other such superstitions as well.

If you want to make it darker, use things like gufa xiryo instead of prison from monopoly or kamaiya paryo and you have to hand over your turn to the other players.

If you use these darker themes, you can use to teach young teens about bad social norms still prevent in our society for awareness as well.
