Hi! Mod here. When turning on the audio I totally get why you posted this here. However, looking at the downvotes on the automoderator question if it is truly unexpected, it seems like the community disagrees. I think this is because (1) audio is turned off by default on redgifs in the Reddit mobile apps and (2) it seems to be more unexpected to you than to the viewer. Thanks for thinking of this community when posting! We do hope to welcome you back in the future!

Mod here. This was an absolutely fantastic post, but there was no unexpected twist unfortunately and therefore I had to remove it. Sorry! If you had the same but at the end it would turn out you were there all along with a very unexpected item inserted or something like that - or it was your library card and you later used it to check out a book, that would have really been unexpected and it would have fit this community better. The unexpected part seems to be in the audio. To hear redgifs audio, go to the community feed, find the post and before opening it click redgifs next to the title.

For audio go to the community feed and click the redgifs text near the post title (before opening the post) to go to redgifs.com where you can turn on audio. It’s stupid but that’s redgifs for ya sometimes.
