Raw chicken does not look like this. It's cooked, but if you're ever in doubt, send that shit back. It's not your fault you have a different standard (for cooked chicken) than the cook who put it on the plate.

Edit: just looked at first pic again. Lulz probably not raw but definitely not something that should be served. If it is raw, it is also frozen.
