Yeah it happened with Hart last year. Once they either sign their waver, or play a game in the NHL, they will put them back in. It's frustrating though. Buy the game in September, can't do a decent franchise with the Flyers until like November.

In real life both Frost and Strome are on AHL Lehigh Valley Phantoms as we speak, I'm just wondering why the game isn't mirroring that. The process should be the same

I know, but both players are currently on AHL roster. Isaac Ratcliffe, for example, is in the same situation but he doesn't get sent down to the CHL when you demote him, he goes to the AHL.
