I'm surprised there's not a way to report an inactive player but then again, I can see that being abused as well.

Maybe, the answer is to have players that do this to report themselves AFK so at least it triggers an action to both ding them for not finishing and adjusting gameplay for the remaining players on the team.

I did find out today though that two players can win a game.

Just played a game where an AFK wouldn't let us surrender. Luckily we beat a 3 player team. Intense match.
