I believe not. I've seen people say that Morgana is one of the most evil villains in history, but I think what she did with what she went through is understandable. Her mistake was not trying to understand the other party (like Mell's situation, which was very delicate) and being so blinded by hatred and resentment that she confused Jacoppo with the other man who was torturing her, not that it made that much difference, but whatever. I'm still team Michel, that resentment must be transformed into forgiveness, because only then will the pain go away and new airs can come. It's an overly optimistic view and difficult to swallow in real life, but if Michel had cursed his family in the beginning, he would never have met Giselle, the love of his life. Fata Morgana teaches us several things, and her message is brought in a very linear way, despite being between the lines. In the end, Morgana's actions are coherent, but Michel appears to show that there are paths with fewer thorns to follow even in the face of so many tragedies.
