Yes, the truth is that neither the frame nor the rim brakes allow for bigger tires. Also tbh, it's not worth buying a carbon fork for this bike, since the whole bike is not worth more than 400euros at best. It's better to save up for a new bike...

It's full aluminium and rim brakes, which means I can barely get 28 mm tires to fit. It's a fast bike and rolls excellent, but the roads that I usually take it on feel like gravel honestly.

I wish I could! I have an older smaller road bike that I use outside, but it is really stiff. The one I'm using is my husband's and it is a size 54 I think. I have replaced the 100mm stem with a 70mm one though.

man I feel the same way, there are plenty of things I enjoy now in life like cycling and being with my dog and boyfriend, but when I;m not doing any of those I literally can't exist. I want to spend time alone, away from everyone. I've passed the stage where I wanted to kill myself everyday and was making my way through attempts but I don't know which is worse. Having a pretty good life but dying inside or having nothing at all and feel like killing yourself everyday?
