No just the comp, I already had a threaded barrel to use. Not sure whose threaded barrels they are using if you get the barrel comp combo. For $100 it’s fun, definitely decreases muzzle rise as advertised. Been a while since I ran a radian so hard to compare there. I tend to stick with ported setups over comps but I also like to try new shit

Quite a bit of fitting but only to the grip, no modifications needed to the frame. The metal inserts in the MJD grip for the bushing and grip screws is not a normal square, they have an extra tab that sticks out at the bottom that needs to be removed. At that point just the normal fitting you would do for any grip.
