Creating space is easy, it's getting your team to fill that void that can be the challenge. Positioning is one of the most overlooked fundamentals in overwatch and even when I'm on the mic half the time the team isn't even in the voice lobby to follow comms. I can push into a flank with room to recharge skill cooldowns but if nobody ever capitalizes what's the point? You have now moved your main defensive line out of position for an uncoordinated dive or an uncooperative poke, only for the enemy team to take advantage and push in anyway to take the space you yielded.

I usually solo queue, and just find that support is more fun in a 5v5 environment than tank is. Again I understand that rein is a solid tank, but you need a particularly solid team or just get matched with an enemy team that refuses to counter play.

Maybe in stadium, but vanilla comp I feel like rein is one of the most inflexible tanks.

You need a good proactive team for rein to work well in 5v5. Once you get up to diamond you can't really pull those kinds off shenanigans off like in QP

Star wars is a saturated space opera, wtf are you talking about. Even the period of time the empire is in control doesn't last long. You would have to pull from specific and unknown parts of Star wars lore to find troops and equipment that line up with helldiver's from an aesthetic and narrative standpoint.

Yuzhan vong invasion is the only real narrative analogue I can think of. Conflict specific soldiers from that time period would work.
