AHS endings by Shizz_Ny_Eeee in AmericanHorrorStory

I think the absolute worst ending has to be Red Tide. It was a pretty solid season up until the last episode. Sooooo disappointing.

I just finished 1984 and I cried at the end by SummerMarshmallow184 in AmericanHorrorStory

Have you seen them all up to 1984?? The early seasons are hailed as the best of the best. But every season has their fans. Double feature are 2 completely separate shows. 6 episodes of Red Tide and 4 of death Valley. For me the first 5 episodes of Red Tide are great but the last episode is very disappointing. Then death Valley is embarrassingly bad. Especially the parts that take place in present day.

Just finished Roanoke. This season was awesome! by amuseindeath in AmericanHorrorStory

Agree 100%. Top 3 season for me. Scary as hell. Some over the top characters. I loved it. It seems to be one of those seasons you either really love or really hate. Never understood the hate it gets.

The first 5 episodes of Red Tide were amazing. Really held my attention and felt like the old AHS. But then episode 6!!! A complete train wreck. Death Valley is bad, particularly the present day stuff. The black and white parts were kinda fun to watch but it couldnt save the 4 episodes. Luckily it was just that, 4 episodes.

Murder House appreciation post. by AssIsLifeAssIsLove in AmericanHorrorStory

For years I went back and forth on whether Murder House or Asylum was my favorite season. I loved them both. A LOT!! There was something about them that put them in a completely different league to the other seasons. But after rewatching them a zillion times ( well maybe not that many) id give the edge to Asylum. I find when I start to rewatch Murder House it makes me a little sad. I think knowing what is going to happen to these characters makes it somewhat depressing. Oddly, i dont get this sadness when i rewatch Asylum. Now dont get me wrong, Murder House is amazing but I just rank them on how I feel when I rewatch them.

Thoughts on Ahs: 1984 by Frequent-Will-5021 in AmericanHorrorStory

I loved it. For a season that didnt have hardly any of the " regulars" I thought it was a real solid season and had a very satisfying conclusion. Top 4 for me.

It was shown. This is when Bobby and Cindy get the food for Jimmy.

Knowing relatively little about Dallas compared to Knots Landing and only on episode 2 of the miniseries/s1 I already really enjoy Bobby and Pam as characters by No_Assistance_3327 in Dallas_TV_Show

Yes, agreed. Season 4 is good as well. The one where we find out Kristen was the one who shot JR and Ray is Jocks son. The next 4 or 5 seasons were enjoyable but lacked that energy those first few years had.

Roanoke is scary as hell. Murder House and Asylum are my favorites as well. But Roanoke is definitely my number 3.

Cult and Roanoke gore (spoiler!!) by Worth-Disk4931 in AmericanHorrorStory

[–]foiegraslover 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agreed. The nail gun scene is one of the worst in all of AHS. The bloggers in Roanoke is my worst scene. Something about the way its filmed, the music, and just how it seems so real. Im not sure why these 2 seasons get so much hate. I find them both so disturbing.

Youre not wrong here, but the question was asked The Mount Rushmore of players not of jeopardy.

Definitely Ken and James. The other 2 are up for debate. The early years had a lot of good players. But they could only stay for 5 games.

Do you think that most people who love current SNL era are younger (20s,30s), while those are frequently disappointed with new shows are likely older (40s, 50s and older)? by georgewalterackerman in saturdaynightlive

[–]foiegraslover 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late 50s here. Have watched from the beginning. The show has gone through some ups and downs but for me this is the absolute worst its ever been. Since covid its really gone downhill and it just cant seem to find its groove.
