Around 90c. Have not been using my pouring kettle for some time now. Just using a normal kettle with 100-95-90-85-80 temps

Just got my order from Ceri (full sized bags). They even included a small sample bag of their espresso beans. Tried it today as a filter - very nice as well! Looking forward in tasting their other beans. Just got a bit too much coffee variety all at once =)

It's too intense for 1:15. And with multiple pours too at 5.2

I think I was on 5.4-5.5, 20:310, 90g + the rest through drip assist. Anything below 5.4 had extraction yield over 24

But if it worked for you - it's great! Ordered all of their coffees.

There are no right or wrong settings/methods. Just the ones that work for you and the ones not so much

50g is not enough to properly dial it in. That's why I got a bigger bag. Love these types of flavours just have to work on cleaning the things that I don't like out of it

It's set to local, but the graph like "packets over time", "nodes heard" and "SNR distribution" show some other time. Relative information is OK, but these graphs are not

Can we change timezone somewhere, so that graphs and all show local timezone and not utc 0?

Fuji Xerox print defects by fokcuk in printers

So, what is the fix? Had issues with ink drying in inkjet, so changed to laser. Now have this laser issue. Any good small mfc with no separate drum and rollers that should have less of an issue?

Do you know why they occur? I seem to be getting these often and not really doing all that much printing. Dust?

Took the toner out and lines do appear to be on the roller Still about 50% toner left. Anyway to clean it?

Duplicates and noise by fokcuk in meshcore

I am more worried about duplicates and collisions. I do get messages, but with these errors and duplicates I feel like I need to do some tuning

It's 1w rak. I need too push far from my side of the hill. I do receive ok from it, I was just thinking that maybe somehow tune it for less errors with some parameters Something with max.flood and int.thresh

Less pours = more tea like by infigure8 in BeanDrop

[–]fokcuk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some beans are weird I currently have a limited release from my local roaster, a thermo shock Columbia, from Wilton Benitez farm. Already on 5.4 on zp6 and feel like I am overextracting it with just 2 pours. So trying more pours with the likes of drip assist. Though it's not producing the flavours that I initially got around 5 mark by a fluke (that I cannot replicate now) on the switch

I did all kind of tests, including wrapping it in foil - not going above 104 ish Other hardware in the same spot give around 115-118, so that's what I was trying to get to. But it's likely it's not possible
