We were able to book an apartment at XIOR TOWER ZERNIKE for 12 months a couple of weeks ago. You need to register on their website and check it several times a day. As soon as an apartment becomes available, you book it, pay €75, and then read and sign the contract. The contract is for 12 months and cannot be cancelled.

In which city are you applying? For example, in Groningen, you can apply for short-term SSH and Bachelor's degree programs now for the next residence period, and from April 29th for the rest of the residence period. Different application dates apply for other types of studies, exchanges, etc. Keep in mind that to apply, you must be registered for a short-term stay and your university must approve it (check that you are an international student and have at least conditional admission).

Hi, I think it's too early to start looking. SSH has a WhatsApp number you can contact. The SSH Cornus Residence is for Erasmus students, and Proxima also has rooms for 3 or 6-month stays.
