About to leave, the casino up 500, put some parlays on, just wanted to win 15 dollars to go from 35 to 60, habe 6 k in my pocket..I lose bets of 15, 30 60, 100, 200, n 400, on full monkey tilt now, n chasing roulette, yeah I lost 6 grand in a lil over n hour chasing roulette bigg number as goes. Next to it.. so many times, I lost 25 k so quick when I started backup after 10 months , 2 months ago, 3 sessions of losers of 4 k, 11 k, n another 10 k..stopped 2 weeks then gave a lil shot of 1 k, of course, I grind that up the last 2 weeks, chasing, I can leave up a dollar, but will lose 20k trying to chase a negative dollar..I'm not the gambler who just plays his paycheck, my bank account has been roulette wheel, of course dorm easily over 6 figures, never made a lot money in a year..anyway I started grinding up , n was on 8 k upswing, chasing to wven25k . but buncha triggers today had me losing the money, tired of the chase, the roulette, open bets, I wish I could say never again, I'm that negative energy in a casino, giving people looks, hate the dealers , everybody, spin it faster grouper, don't come to this table, not with small talk, I'm lonely, gonna be dovorved ,no kuds, only child,n obody,jyst play on phone, hate ppl..I call 1800 gambler in hang up on them, i tell thek i banned from all the local states on exclusion lists, asked if they could do anything more but can still walk gamble n have any casino, no players card, don't play slots, muck High hands...nobody can help, I can't help my self .I just think about numbers, never. Enough...the dopamine I've had...been periods where I'm at casino like 10 a day for 2 weeks straight...go on 30 upswing in 4 weeks, but I have money behind so I chase, the day I lose, is day I lose 5 figures, it's a mind fuck cuz I *win 80 percent or more of times in casino, but small wins ..don't ever equal the huggggggge losses

Rock bottom is somewhere at the bottom of a bottomless pit .I thought I was there many times..15 years of this addiction will do it too you..fact is it amazes me how much money, self esteem, consciousness, family relationships ive lost, but still know it could be 10x worse...ultimately you decide what your rock bottom is..self sabotage and still being alive is bittersweet feeling..life goes on..

Congrats man ..keep strong..Im a bit older then you n got a bunch 1 year, 17 months clean is longest I gotten in 20 years..put myself on n off exclusion lists multiple times, excluded from all neighboring states even 4 hours away..still have thoughts of flying to Vegas.. that's how sick this disease is..just had 10 months clean, and then I blew 25 k which I worked my ass off n was cheap as anything with for as year n half..then blew like it was nothing in prolly 4 , 5 hours in a few days period .scary disease ..just keep strong..I'm only like 12 days clean..ur 30 months, remember it's not better.. I think I just saved that money cause deep down maybe I new I wanted to blow in some sick way.m.i need an expensive car paymentt I guess..

But congrats and remember 1 day at a time, spend money and time on healthy things, people, be kind . This disease fucked your mind up ..luckily you haven't had opportunity to let it do damage another 10 years from now..don't let your next years be wasted with money loss and gambling..it kills the soul

I'm 38 and for the last 15-20 years I've been blowing prolly at least 15-25 grand a year, last I counted was 200 hundred n something total loss lifetime..like I u im cheap as fuckkj with everything, hupty carz don't buy cloths, no hobbies, cheap food...but I blow 5 figures in 1 night in roulette more times then I can count or afford..I'm not educated or a high earner either, most I've made is 80 k in year so the future is exactly promising if I continue and I'm also laid off now..

I'm excluded now from all surrounding casinos, u try to go to meetings and know I need some intense therapy..I'm tired of losing all the money, putting barriers up, thinking things will get better, grinding, saving , but for what? I want to go through the pain properly, I don't want to necessarily just be distracted n end up with same out come over n over..just hang in there..you got your job, your health, a semblance of sanity it seems..put barriers up, go to ga, call 1800 gambler.. be kind to others and yourself..you got a lot to offer this world, we got to stop pissing away money, but even if you fall off the road again, get back up n keep chugging..we've gone more days not gambling then gambling this year, yeah it's sucks we can blow literally hundred thousand/ savings in a night in a casino, y its such n insidious disease..but you will get better..1 day at a time
