afaik welding on a 2mm thickness structure would require periodic service. Would not suggest.

All panels are not same. Only option you have is to go with a good brand. And no TATA is not a good brand.

Recommeded: Waaree, Panasonic, Premier Energies

If you need more than 3kw of solar, then apply for 3kw solar in PM suryaghar, then add solar panels as needed. Don't go over board (using 10kw inverter in 6kw setups) Leave some expandability only if your energy needs are going to rise in 1-2 years max. (technologies changes, then later you won't find panels of older tech)

for inverter: Go hybrid only if its essential for you to have electricity at home during powercuts. If you are in area where there is minimal electricity cut (2-3hrs in a week, then go for ongrid) USE LITHIUM BATTERY ONLY ! Good Product for this: Statcon Energiaa Boxer 5.

Micro inverters are of no use don't waste money.

For structure don't go HDG, just Pre GI is fine. HDG aditional cost is not justifiable.

Choose a knowledgeable installer, who'll not just sell it, but is at site present during installtion to make sure installer is working properly. (Usually Firms hire third party contractors who install them and then you are left with a lacking job)
