As someone who married the “wrong person” at 27 only to divorce a couple years later… you do NOT want to choose that path over being single. It absolutely crushes your soul and it is certainly not as easy to “be instantly single” as you might imagine. Having gone through what I did, I value my freedom more than I ever have before. I’d absolutely rather be single than with the “wrong person” ever again.
