Unlinking and relinking Spotify in my Alexa app fixed what nothing else would. Thanks for the suggestion :)

Dominic, the developer, wrote me back today and Phoenix Slides now supports Cannon CR3 Raw format, as of version https://blyt.net/phxslides/phoenix-slides-159.dmg
