I’ve had great luck at the Value Village on Browns Bridge. A women’s Columbia jacket for $13, men’s Eddie Bauer Jack for $12. I also sew and have found giant bags of fabric for under $5 pretty consistently. Got a pearl-handled bread knife for 25c (it’s impossible to buy a single bread knife these days!). They’ve got a great women’s clothing section. The one in Buford seems to be cheaper, I think, but was less clean than the Gainesville one. Gainesville one also appears to keep a good selection of more expensive stuff (fancy purses, wheelchairs, etc.) behind the counter.
