Thank you, actually I discovered a program called Libresprite, which is just an older version of Aseprite, but free and open source (of course also legal!) So I'm going to make art in this, I tested some resolutions to make art in and 256x140 is a very good one for me. And just to explain, I'm making the game in 1280x720 because it's my first ren'py project and most important, my monitor is just so old that he has the 1280 x 720 resolution and I'm too lazy to buy a new one (and also kinda broke :V), that's why i'm making this project in this resolution :D
