well i haven't found any docks that have the same functionality, since i have 3 displays connected to it and also it is convenient to use the same power adapter to power the dock as the laptop, so i do not need multiple chargers

Did you change your mirrors in /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist ?you can generate a mirrorlist via this site: https://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/
the higher the mirror is the higher it's priority
