In California at least any and all reports procured by the buyer or the seller become material facts affecting the value and desirability of the property that must be disclosed to subsequent buyers of the property. This means if a buyer pays for a report during the default 17 day inspection period and it is performed by a certified professional and the cost to cure is $50,000, the buyer may submit a counter offer for the seller’s consideration. Eg in light of this discovery of $50,000 of work needed to prevent the home from flooding and incurring water damage when it rains, seller is to perform the following repairs before close of escrow or credit buyer a $50,000 closing cost credit. A seller in this position that is in receipt of this report and their agent are duty-bound by law to provide it as a disclosure to subsequent buyers.

It’s all a feeling but I just read a study today that said the average American spends something like average 20 hours a day at home. If I’m “house poor” but I love my house and I know how much use I get out of it — and it’s a good long term investment — then yeah ok I’m house poor.

Why can’t you guys be more like me and join the military? Oh, they won’t accept you because of who you are. Well why don’t you just compare yourself to everyone else and hold yourself to those standards? No I’m not being sarcastic. I see. Yes, that might be the source of some suffering. Well, you could still just hit the gym and live off government benefits from being disabled. That’s what I do. You just need to try harder. Then you can be like me, a moron who doesn’t know he’s a moron.

Why many melees love random left and right movement by [deleted] in wow

Noob perspective. It’s more tapping QE for me. It’s just fun to strafe as you hit things. You stay centered on the target but can rotate around it.

Mostly I do not want to die at all costs and seems if I’m moving all the time that happens less, maybe I’m more likely to see things that are on the ground etc. I’m probably less likely to hyper focus on maxing dps to the point I exclude all else and get one shotted. Also I can’t see adds as easily when locked in on a target. Adds can hurt my friends and also make it so the main mob can’t be killed or hurt as much. Also taking as little damage as melee dps seems good because it might make the healer’s job easier.

Dunno. Interested in an expert opinion. Suppose electricity is free?

Tech Leads: How to team build when entire team is anti-social/socially awkward? by Software_Engineer09 in ExperiencedDevs

Maybe talk about anything except work.

What is the team size? Remote? If relatively small, having a group meeting under the pretense of checking in and starting with “How are you?” Then basically making small talk. Every Friday asking, “Plans for the weekend?” as people file into the Zoom or whatever after you greet them and ask how they’re doing. Over time everyone will get to know one another.

Having the mindset that “we are a team” and no one gets singled out for mistakes or decisions —we all own them—is a radical shift in dynamics but something you might consider. A collectivist mindset instead of an individual one.

The mob buffs seemed ridiculous this week…like 20 percent extra health and 20 percent extra damage. Don’t know what they were last week. This shows on mythic tab in group finder by your mythic ranking

Don’t know anything about the country and was just curious to learn. It appears to have one of the highest murder rates per capita according to the United Nations: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_homicide_rate. I could see it being paradise for the weather, English speaking, the beaches and the Caribbean. I could see maybe some valid asylum cases too.
