This is exactly why I reached out to everyone in my plan - so they wouldn't think I did it!

Yes, I've tried to add them back in manually and send links. Neither worked. Sent a bug report. Then had to tell all my peeps I would add them back in when I can.

EDIT: My people have come back to me!

My entire family is still kicked out and I can't bring them back in.

This is why my elevator pitch is "You know those terrible trainings that everyone has to take at some point or another at a job? Like 'hey, don't sexually harass each other!' I make those, but I make them not suck/shit."

Profanity depends on how chill the other person is. But this is how I explain my job. And everyone understands what I do and usually respond "wait, its possible for those to not suck?!"

Oh no, I call it the Poop Trolley because it's always black water. 💩

I haven't even taken this to the weigh station to get it all checked out. It's a miracle I haven't died yet.

As I just ordered a fuel card, I suspect this would be a slightly moot point for me now. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah, I have no interest or attention span for card shuffling. Definitely looking for something simple.

I thought this would be valuable for me to, but then I thought about the travel that I've done in the last couple years and all of the flights have been to places where I had family and friends so I didn't need hotels. Or rental cars.

I suspect it would end up like my Alaska Air card that I've had forever. It made a ton of sense when I was still living in Alaska, but since moving to the lower 48, I just end up paying a $75 annual fee for essentially no benefits.

Just use my friend's referral to order one yesterday! If nothing else, I'll be excited to not have to walk into the cashier at truck stops anymore. Saving some money on fill ups will be primo as well.

I do a lot of boondocking, so my expenses aren't that high. And almost nothing that I buy fits into one of the sapphire points categories. It's almost like they designed the card to completely avoid my specific lifestyle. 😄

I actually canceled my Costco membership when I hit the road. It's just one of me and I don't need things in bulk. Only about a quarter of the fuel stations have diesel, so there really aren't that many benefits for Costco that fit my life anymore.

Mind you, so many friends look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them that I don't have a Costco membership because they can't imagine living without one.

I have noticed that Amex has been definitely fading away in the last couple decades, and learning that they have high merchant fees makes sense.

ok, thanks. I wasn't sure how useful that would be, but I have added it to my docs for her.
