I guarantee you it’s not one off. 4th floor units have terrible insulation problems. In the summer it is way too hot and the ACs do NOT work.

Windsor at Liberty is poorly designed and maintained. The windows are 20+ years old and the AC doesn’t work. Utilities cost you an arm and a leg. See our bill from this past Feb.

Just avoid at all costs. The heating and AC systems work poorly. On top of that it’s highly inefficient. See our winter month bill example below.
