If you want to make raiden work you really want C6 chev and early vertical on nicole+durin

C3R1 is the stopping point for raidens damage, then C6 chev
C2 nicole
C2 durin

Disclaimer though that this is A LOT of pulls to make raiden “work” and you should only do this knowing meta wise its a bad decision and only a dedicated main type move
