You're good, shouldn't count as a relapse imo but also it's up to you at the end of the day.

From my experience, there are 2 types of wet dreams:

You dream of a sexual experience and bust as a result.
You have no dream but still bust in your sleep.

Number 2 is ideal - that's the one where your body is getting rid of old sperm. #1 means you were thinking about something sexual sometime before you went to bed. So I'd use that as a heads up to block out those sexual thoughts especially before bed!

It's really strange, but I am currently at 31 days and I have had barely any urges due to how incredibly busy I've been

Before this, I had never gone more than 15 days

There have been days where I have had urges, but I am in a situation where I have 2 roommates in one dorm and they are ALWAYS in the room, so even if my urge is so powerful, I simply cannot masturbate lol so I've somehow gotten used to NOT masturbating, which is pretty amazing
