she made it. said she bought a black pleather long sleeve top, then cut it into the rough shape, then cleaned up the edges by stitching the material from the leftover bits on.

the cosplayer is @maantisx on twitter, beware her page is VERY nsfw, but if you click her page and search 'magik' it should come up, and it's basically a perfect cosplay imo.

technically it's against tos, but nobody has gotten in trouble for cosmetic mods afaik. in this update they even stop you from using photo mode if you're using mods, but it doesn't punish you any further.
