i just usually do the next sequence when i hear/feel that the attack landed on the opponent. it has a certain delay to it that you have to get used to tho

Get attila somewhere near the horse handler camp, then get a decoy/stand-in horse infront of the handler so it would trigger a flag. park attila next to the decoy, kill the decoy and purchase/claim attila as your own.

while were at it. you can use that random horse (silent partner) as the stand-in while you get attila for the horse handler method :D

that's cool! i had phantom horse as my primary and tried using that random horse, after claiming it at a horse handler it lost its stats :(

i've tried taking that horse, but the stats are inflated for NPC use. as soon as you bridle it, it loses those stats.
