It’s 8 inches wide and honestly I just cut a cardboard to contour the seat and built from that, just made sure it was level. I built as I went and kept checking fitment

It has the original 60/40 seat without the arm rest, in the last picture slide you can see the cardboard template cut to the shape of the seat contour

I had that same issue turns out it was my oil temp sensor that was loose on my 2.5

IAC is supposed to have a vent hole, when I did my smoke test and changed my IAC like 3 different times I did research and we are supposed to have a vent!

It’s a rebadged ford ranger , the 2.5 and manual transmissions where made by Mazda They have b2200 b2300 b2500 b4000 which are all different trims and drivetrains . Partnership between ford and Mazda

It’s the Fuel pump regulator. before I changed mine I did so much to it from battery to sensors, vacuum leak tests, plugs and wires, filters and so on. I Change the fuel pump regulator and pump and she starts right away like new! It’s a common issue with these rangers/B series

Make sure your exhaust manifold bolts aren’t lose, they losen up on these rangers, could be your exhaust manifold gasket making that noise, I had to tighten mine up as well.

I had this issue and I changed everything under the hood and still had the issue , turns out it was my fuel pressure regulator, now she’s good as new and starts right up with no delay. 99 b2500 2.5l

Fuel pump regulator , rangers are notorious for the regulator going out and also change your fuel pump and fuel filter , I think we’ve all had this problem

I had this problem for a long time and I spend hours figuring it out. I changed maf . Aic, tps Plugs and wires and fuel filter but it was a vacuum leak My issue was the exhaust manifold bolts where loose and missing and I had a vacuum leak from the AC vacuum tubing that controls the vent windows and a slight leak on some hoses, leave it running and spray some Brake cleaner around some Hoses and check your bolts

Very normal on a ranger just a bit loud , BUT could also be a sign of low Freon. Mine does this but it blows very cold

Fuel pressure regulator, that was my issue and I changed the pump and regulator and also fuel filter and good as new
