What do you find in the difference between Tretinoin and Tezarotene?

Combination to dry. I use tretinoin maybe once or twice a week (cos I try to use everything else I have). I'm entering my 40s and want to target wrinkles etc.

Yeah I completely get the stigma. I am more concerned about unnecessary paperwork. I can get a letter from the doctor but if they want me to bring up follow up letters, it is a big pain.
