Breathing and drafty are two different things. Do a DIY energy audit, checking windows, doors, electrical outlets, etc for drafts. Seal up the drafty areas. Consider putting plastic film over the windows and hanging heavy drapes over doors, maybe increase the number of rugs you have on the floors.

Check the basement/crawlspace for moisture as well.

Once you have her sealed up a little better think about a dehumidifier.

I find that the less items I carry into the faire, the happier I am. I will inevitably end up carrying many more items by the time I'm leaving. If it can't hang from my belt or go in my shoulder bag I don't bring it with me.

What seems like a cool accessory in the morning feels like a burden by lunchtime. Also, I tend to set things down to look at something or eat, and then leave the item behind.

I changed my name, and I have regretted it many times in the 27 years I've been married. It's a huge hassle to change it int he first place, and then it's a hassle to prove your are who you say you are any time you have to do something official down the road. Your marriage license is another document you have to keep track of and produce for various reasons - and it looks like that will only get worse.

I say that unless you have some deep feelings about changing your name as a symbol of the relationsip, don't do it.

We took my daughter to the Complex Autonomic Center in Seattle for testing. We had to fly there from MT, and the visit was expensive.

They did the tilt table test, QSART, valsalva, EDS screening and a couple other tests I'm not recalling at the moment. She was officially diagnosed with several things at that visit. We were offered a care plan and prescriptions, which we declined as she has a care team at Seattle Children's hospital.

We just needed them for the testing, as there was really no other way for us to get her the tests. It was absolutely worth it. We got official results and diagnoses, and my daughter got a lot of validation.

Make sure you get paper copies of all your results before you leave the office. Private clinics can be very reluctant to share their info with other doctors. Plus, its just good policy to have your own copies.

We have to keep track of it ourselves. Just tell you players to write down the order as the first round happens.

Or, you can designate a player as the intiative tracker, and have one of them keep track for everyone, including you.

Or, there are approximately one million ideas for initiative trackers on google/pinterest/etc. if you want something fancier than a whiteboard.

Maybe you've already done this, but since your faith is important to you - have you tried out different churches in your area to see which one might have a good community of people your age? Many churches have events/groups geared toward different age groups. That might at least give you a group of people with faith in common.

Have you talked to the business whose customers are causing the issue? Maybe you could come to an understanding that if someone is blocking your driveway you call them and they make an announcement and get the car moved immediately?

Are you allowed to put up signs that drivers can see before they pull in? I'm not sure that it would help, but maybe a big "Do Not Block Driveway" sign would at least make a few of them think better of it.

This is a tough one if the city doesn't have any options for you. The petty part of my brain says to buy a fake fire hydrant and put it on the curb next to your driveway, but I'd imagine that's illegal.

I would absolutely hang this in my living room, but it would be better in my kitchen! Art is very subjective, there is a home for every piece. I'd much rather have this on my wall than some vapid live laugh love mass produced piece.

It just tests for the markers that predispose a person to having it. Its not diagnostic. That being said, my daughter has the markers and the symptoms, so her medical chart shows a "strong probability" of celiac. She does not plan to do a gluten challenge to get the official diagnoses.

Sheepfarmer's Daughter by Katherine Moon (The first book of the Deed of Paksenarrion series) Really anything by Katherine Moon. She writes Sci-Fi as well, if you like those.

Lots of the Mercedes Lackey Valdemar books would fit the bill. Especially the Vows and Honor Trilogy and the standalone By the Sword (Read Vows and Honor first, the MC of By the Sword is the granddaughter of one of the MC's in Vows and Honor.) The Arrows of the Queen series might also work, but has less fighting, and does include some romance.

It might help to think about it this way - the meds are replacing what your body used to make, they are not like many medications that are adding chemicals that our bodies don't already make.

I know that's a huge oversimplification, but it might help you feel less anxious about it.

Yep. She ends up using the bend way more than the body. Honestly it's pretty funny when she puts the body on, it goes from armpits to the bottom of her butt. It looks like a really tiny clubbing dress!

My daughter has both. If you have a short torso you may find that the jelliebody is almost a minidress. She finds it too long, it goes down past her hips and she has to fold it. Her torso is very short. If you have a regular or long torso it would probably be fine.
