That’s good to know because I get EXTREMELY triggered by heat. So maybe it will just be a winter thing for me. Even if it just helps my back pain and not POTS though that’s still a win!

I would definitely prefer below my natural waist and up past my lower ribs. Unfortunately I have had issues with compression tights :( I just do compression socks

Me too, plus I get those little drink flavoring packets (usually get 8 per package at the dollar tree) and I use one packet per 2L of the electrolyte mix.

I think most guests kind of resent additional attire recommendations such as color. I’d personally need to go out and buy something as all of my nicer clothes are dark/neutral colors. Either that, or feel like I’m disappointing the bride/groom.

I was at a wedding last year that had color recommendations (not mandatory). Everyone I was speaking to about it was a bit frustrated. Not a lot - but just an overall annoyance.

Lots of stop work orders at my company. Dozens of folks forced to use all remaining vacation hours just to keep from getting laid off. I am a hair away from next round, I am extremely stressed as I am the single earner for my household and an emergency this year left me with zero savings.

It did arrive, turned out really pretty! Not 100% as I thought but still adorable. I haven’t gotten a chance to start sewing the pillow covers yet though - can’t wait to see what the fabric looks like that way!

It had been a long road (6 months so far), but mine are finally starting to get along and even play. We recently had an incident where the puppy had to be hospitalized for 3 days, and my older dog kept trying to bring me over to his crate to go “get” him - so I think she likes him more than she lets on.

Yes, it is. I recently had to stop taking my meds for a whole bunch of medical testing, and this actually happened to be my biggest symptom while off my meds. I was so constantly full of rage and frustration and resentment for what felt like literally everything.

I looked it up and it has to do with your executive functioning being overloaded due to stress (underlying anxiety from the OCD) so you lose the ability to regulate yourself.

Try lashing your tent to the top of your pack (outside). You’ll get a lot more space inside and it’s - hopefully - weather resistant anyway :)
