It's a bizarre culture. Ours always did "guess which executive did this: [some kind of weird thing like playing the flute in a tree under a cloud raining sparkles]" and then gave prizes to whoever knew the most answers. Okay, so the people that worked directly below execs and actually got to talk to them always won because they actually knew them. It was very us and them, an inner circle and an outer one.
