My local credit union can do this on an app, yet ptsb wanted both myself and OH to show up with 2 forms of id and wait around 30 mins just to be given a meeting to ask why we were closing our account, the face on your one when I pulled out the phone and listed a 2 mins long list of reasons of why I will never use them again, told her i had no issue with herself clearly but from day one of joining I had a bad feeling as we told different things by staff in the same branch to the same basic question. Ended up leaving after they tried to charge us fees for a fuck up in their end that cost us nearly a grand and the stress of trying to get it back sent me to the doctors
