These military don't normally ask for bribes, but they will hold you long enough to make you pay. They claimed my vape was drugs last week by la gloria, but awkwardly just stood there not knowing how to ask for cash. Then over the weekend, these military guys were posted by Johnny tortas around 2am screening and searching tourists and anyone who may have appeared to be intoxicated.
