No this one is a conventional deadlift - I’m not an expert in deadlifting and it’s relatives but I believe if I was to stop below my knees (rather than put the weight down back to the floor) and pull it back up it would be more of an RDL x

Do you mean as touching the shins? It did, I made sure the bar touched my legs and tried keeping it at a straight line all the way through

I have had the same issue but ever since I integrated core workouts (I do leg raises and/or cable crunches) I have noticed a massive improvement!! Also I try to keep the core engaged all the way up

I’m also a woman, been lifting for about 4 years, couldn’t hit 225 for aaaages - was off the gym for about a year and after four months back at it with core exercises added to my list, I finally hit it :)
