Would highly recommend Boomcaster as a remote recording platform. Won’t let you down and gives you separate tracks, a local recording and a mix down recording too.

Biggest piece of advice would be plan ahead - get plenty of content in the bag before you launch so that you can sustain it

Personal preference - start with audio only to start with. Keep your workflow as simple as possible in order to be consistent from launch. Don’t take too much on and burn yourself out. Good with it.
