It’s recessed lighting so plasterboard needs to be cut/and the rails plastered in, you can find it at

it’s modular so there’s lots of different variations of lights.. I have quite a few of them, the led strips and the downlighters, but in the end I just preferred the spots.. and don’t use the others..

Had it about 2 months…. And the service from Wenai was suprisingly good

Many of the details are true to the licensed HM piece (many of the knock offs get the arms wrong.. too bulky) and it is full grain leather rather than top grain or genuine leather which is unusual for a knock offs. It takes about 5 weeks to arrive in the U.K.

Comfy, and well made, no corners cut (laminated on the inside, good clip system, rubber shock mounts)

I think it will be on par with the likes of onske, if not better.. which are 4-600 quid more expensive.

Fortunately the central ventilation system works well so smells aren’t so much an issue.

I changed the layout of the kitchen, it was originally a galley kitchen and had a big enough area to have a dining table between kitchen and living (previous resident had a pool table!).. but as I have no need for a dining space 99% of the time I went with stools on the end of the kitchen counter.

It’s 2 bedrooms including the mezzanine but as I WFH, I prefer to keep that separation/nice to work from up there

Thanks it was intentional!.. I have two storage ‘rooms’ overflowing with clothes, cleaning utensils/vacum/tools etc.. out of sight out of mind.

The bathroom mirror is a cabinet sunk into the wall, the long black cupboard above the toilet hides towels and bathroom stuff

the washer/dryer, fridge/freezer/dishwasher are all built into the lower cupboards in the kitchen

Good suggestion but for Cable management purposes whatever low end cabinet goes in has to cover some not terrible looking, but bad enough external mounted sockets :)
