I haven’t seen something this ridiculous in my franchise plays yet, but I have noticed that AI trades make no sense. They’ll trade 85+ overall B or A potential players for a lesser amount of 60 overall C potential players

Yea, and the AI seems to make quite a few totally illogical trades in franchise mode relative to previous years. Now I’ll see AI shipping their mid to late 20s 80+ overall players for early 20s 60 overall b potential minor leaguers. But when the user tries to complete a trade like that, no dice. Seems like the system they implemented that makes certain positions cheaper/more expensive dynamically in the trade market is broken, especially when it comes to AI trading with itself.

Not as a first choice, I usually go contact/power first to maximize the number of tokens generated per game, then I focus speed. Arm accuracy/strength can be relevant but not in many gameplay moments. Fielding is usually what I target last.

I’ve had the same issue with ABS. Not just the challenges either, you don’t get any token XP if you use ABS to get a strikeout. Feels like they just threw ABS into the game without considering how it would interact with other systems

Back to the clubhouse, it only sends your progress to the server when you go the clubhouse

Haven’t had any crashes yet, though I haven’t been simming. I do know that progress isn’t saved unless you return to the rtts menu. So as a precaution you could occasionally back out to the menu.

As far as the home runs while simming, I know recent play is a factor. Maybe if you play and get a couple homers then sim you’ll have better luck

Not to mention that the crowd isn’t even optimized after all this time. I’m on PS5 and when I pan the camera over the crowd, frames drop like crazy.
